Oh…OH! What? Oh…I Suppose I Better Post….

…something witty and charming that explains why I haven’t posted anything witty OR charming in the last month or so. SO! I’m here now and that’s all that matters, right? Right! Anyway, as you may have noticed I’ve been busy. Or maybe you didn’t notice but it’s alright because I am here to help fill you in. My college classes for my Web Design and Development career studies certificate started this past Monday (yesterday) and before all that I’ve been doing a lot of, well, web design and development!

I made a completely new grimFORGE.com website that has much slidey-fun action, which is always great, and I’m working on a new site for a Guild Wars event, known as Pink Day in LA (LA stands for Lion’s Arch (it’s a town in Guild Wars)) and it looks absolutely fantabulous!

Between all this HTML fun, I’m going to this silly thing in Seattle Washington called PAX! Speaking of which, I have a fun idea I’ll post tomorrow that’ll talk about this wonderful thing called PAX, but anyway. I’m going there in a week-ish and am actually meeting up with some good friends I meet in Guild Wars who are actually the catalyst for the revitalized Pink Day in LA! What a coinky-dink, eh? Even more so, they are the wonderful people of this little organization called, Gaming World Entertainment Network, for whom I designed their site and continue to produce graphic art for them!

So, yeah! Busy busy I’ve been. Won’t happen again, promise. At least until PAX East next year and Spring semester.

Crazy Busy and a Happy 4th of July

So, as you may have noticed I’ve been a tad busy. “On what?” you might ask. Well, as you may or may not know, I’m design websites and am actually looking to get into it as a career, so for the last month or so I’ve been buried inside Dreamweaver and Photoshop working with Mr. “blue” Roysher and the Gaming World Entertainment Network crew on their website, but (way) earlier this morning at around 4am it all paid off as the site finally launched. So that’s been my big project for the last month, which means I’m now more free to get back to blogging and gaming.

Speaking of which, APB released and much to my dismay I still can’t get a decent FPS-count from it, but I’ve been assured it’s being worked on by the lazy developers, regardless, I’ve been having a blast with my Enforcer clan, Fist of the Empire [FoE] and can’t wait to see what Realtime Worlds rolls out for the game next (aside from major fixes).

Anyway, that’s what’s been going on, and tomorrow is Independence day, so for all you Americans, have a happy 4th of July, and even if you’re not American, have a good day regardless!
