Mid-Weekend Notes, I’m Lazy
Posted on July 25th, 2009 No commentsYes, believe it or not, I’m
busylazy, hence the title of this blog, but, I finally found some time to spend on a quick note or two about what I’ve been doing exactly, and maybe some geeky stuff.
First off, if you’ve been following MMOs, you know the Global Agenda beta weekend is in progress. Cool, right? I’m just saying, nothing more. Well, aside from that bit of, information, my time has been with the soon-to-be-released Dungeons & Dragons: Unlimited beta in which I’ve made a Warforged Monk named Focal. I love Focal. He makes me smile while in anticipation for the release, which is supposed to be sometime in August. Finally, wrapping up the MMO beta fun, is Champions Online, which I “found” a closed beta key for, which is kinda funny, actually, seeing as how it was announced that the Open Beta for the superhero MMO will be August 17th. Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers, but they can whore themselves out for beta access.
In other news, a long while ago (I forget when, on the account of my horrible memory) a trailer was teased at last year’s Comic-Con for a new Disney film. This trailer was then leaked, in all of it’s blurry, geeky glory, and there was much glee. I of course, speak of the TR2N teaser trailer. Well, now you can see it, and download it, in full, minus the crappy cam … the trailer, that is. *Drools*

Windows 7 RC vs. Vista, First Benchmarks
Posted on April 29th, 2009 2 commentsWhile I myself have yet to try out the new RC for windows 7, I can look at the new benchmarks posted on Gizmodo, and wonder what’s up?!

Keep in mind, this is testing the 32-bit versions of Windows 7 and Vista on the same machine with the following specs;
2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4GB RAM (but really 3GB available cause of the 32-bit issue)
256MB Nvidia GeForce 9600M GTCheck out the rest after a quick bump.

I’m Baaaaaack!
Posted on April 19th, 2009 No commentsWell, after some time off, trying to figure out how to properly blog and get everything in line and such, I came to the startling conclusion that it’s best to really not get a frick! That’s right, say what you will, and while I might not ignore it, all the hate and BS everyone spews I will just laugh at and continue on to glory and laughter and fun. So, with it almost being Monday, I’ll get back to posting (hopefully) daily and we’ll see where it goes!
Also, Oprah on Twitter? F*** that!

End of Weekend Notes, Not Really the End
Posted on January 18th, 2009 No commentsSo it’s Sunday, my mother and grandmother are in California visiting one of my uncles (from my mother’s side) who happens to have a terminal cancer. Sucks to hear, especially seeing as how I’m related and yet don’t know a whole lot about him, aside from the fact he’s a good guy. And on the other coast my great aunt (from my father’s side) is having kidney failure. So pretty much this week sucked, but hey, don’t let me get you down with my woes, check out some interesting articles I’ve read recently!
